The Nagare bread knife with his Dual-Core blade is forged in an innovative manufacturing process in Japan. Two different steeltypes (VG-10 & VG2) are shaped to a blade with special pattern and hardness of HRC 61.
The cutting edge of the Nagare bread knife is sharpened on both sides and offers a long-lasting sharpness. The Nagare bread knife has an ergonomic handle made out of Japanese Pakkawood (pinewood).
