The Dual Core utility knife is a multi-talented tool: with a practical size between a chef's knife and a paring knife, the Dual Core utility knife cuts vegetables, fruit, meat and herbs.
The blade of the Dual Core utility knife is made of a very fine steel structure (carbon steel, chrome steel, VG10 & VG2). The Dual Core utility knife has a razor-sharp 16° cutting edge on each side. The traditional octagonal handle made of pakka wood with an ebony finish ensures a comfortable, secure grip. The Dual Core utility knife comes with a sheath (Saya).
