Windmühle knife sharpening
The corundum sharpener is recommended for sharpening Windmühle knives as well as damask steel and other steel knives. Even if the knife is not yet blunt, it retains its edge retention by dragging it twice over the corundum sharpener.
For a safe and gentle storage of the resharpened knives, just put them back in a knife block.
